Refund policy

Client contentment:

You can easily return the item within seven days if you're not satisfied with your purchase. Returned goods must be undamaged and in a sellable state. Not an exemption. To confirm the product return request and return warehouse address, please get in touch with us beforehand. A receipt needs to be included with returns.

The cost of the return postage is on the customer. Refunds will be handled after we receive the returned goods, less any pre-paid shipping charges. To resolve any issues, please get in touch with us if the delivered order is incomplete or contains the wrong items.

Charges that are not refundable:

Orders must be submitted by customers with the correct shipping address. Orders that are misplaced or returned because of inaccurate addresses may be re-delivered at the expense of the customer. Should the order be returned, you will receive a refund minus the original shipping costs.

If the customer decides to cancel, the order will be reimbursed less the cost of any non-resalable items in the returned shipment and any previous shipping fees.

As established by our logistics partners, we are unable to accept returns from distant places (Rarely served by shippers). If a returned product comes damaged for reasons other than our error, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.;

When returning your product, please ensure the product is properly protected (e.g. glass items should be securely wrapped with bubble wrap)
