Suggested Use

• Adults and children older than 6 months:
     • Apply generously 15 minutes before sun exposure.
     • Reapply at least every 2 hours or after eating or drinking.
• Sun Protection Measures:
     • Use a sunscreen with Broad Spectrum SPF ≥15 regularly.
     • Limit sun exposure, especially between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
     • Wear protective clothing like long-sleeved shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.
     • Use water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.
