Each tea bag (2.0 g) contains the following organic ingredients:

• Organic purple coneflower root (Echinacea purpurea) - 600 mg
• Organic licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) - 550 mg
• Organic marshmallow leaf (Althaea officinalis) - 280 mg
• Organic marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis) - 100 mg
• Organic licorice root extract (5-7:1) - 50 mg (Glycyrrhiza uralensis), equivalent to 300 mg of licorice

Non-medicinal ingredients:

• Organic lemon myrtle leaf (Backhousia citriodora)
• Organic bitter fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare)
• Organic sweet orange peel (Citrus sinensis)
• Organic cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum spp.)

Recommended Dose:

• Adults: Drink 2-3 cups daily.

Directions for Use:

• Pour 240 mL of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag and steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes.
• Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.

Duration of Use:

• Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4-6 weeks.

Cautions:
